Tomato Street Spokane

The Italians have a saying: "The more things change, the more they are the same."

To provide our community with a fun, upbeat, family Italian restaurant that will exceed our guests' expectations of food quality, service and value. For over 30 years we have stayed true to that original mission. Locally owned and operated, our award-winning restaurant has provided jobs and opportunities for an ongoing family of 100+ staff members. We have engaged with countless community members, schools, businesses, organizations, and events that we now call our "extended family".

Our food… Cuisine made from scratch, modern in approach and "Italiano" in spirit. It's no secret that Italian food, homemade from ingredients bought fresh locally, just can't be beat. We proudly utilize the products from our region's local growers, vendors and suppliers.

Our eclectic atmosphere… Open kitchens, brick ovens, giant chalkboards and local art provides a great dining experience for the whole family. You're invited to come have some fun and enjoy the uniqueness that makes us "The Street".

Tomato Street Coeur d'Alene Photos

Tomato Street Coeur d'Alene

Nestled just off Interstate 90, a stone's throw from downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and scenic Lake Coeur d'Alene, Tomato Street has been a beloved dining destination since 1993. Originally transformed from a Bonanza restaurant by founders Erkki Oranen and Cyrus Vaughn, the location was initially named Tomato Brothers before becoming Tomato Street in a trademark naming shift. A hit from day one, this fun, vibrant restaurant's success paved the way for the opening of its Spokane sister location just a year later, bringing its signature charm and flavors to the heart of the Inland Northwest. Erkki Oranen continues to own and operate the Coeur d`Alene store as well as being partial partner of the Spokane store with Dean Haynes.
